Shipping policy

Free delivery worldwide. The items are delivered as a postal package.

When ordering to a destination within the EU VAT area, the total price at the checkout includes all costs. When ordering to a destination outside the EU VAT area, the buyer is responsible for paying possible import duties and local taxes in the country where the item is shipped. In case the shipment is refused, they buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and for all the possible duties, taxes and customs charges that were brought about by not accepting the shipment. The amount will be subtracted from the refund of the returned product.

 

Delivery time:

- The estimated delivery time for ready-made products to Finland is approximately 1 - 4 business days, to other Nordic Countries 3 - 6 business days, to the rest of Europe 2 - 8 and to other parts of the world 6 - 15 business days. You can see a sharper estimation about the delivery time to your country at the checkout. Customs measures at the destination may affect delivery times.

- The delivery time of custom-made items depends on the number of custom items in the queue and the item's production time. Depending on the size and complexity of the item, the production time for custom item is approx. 1-3 weeks after the customer has approved the design. In total, the delivery time for custom items is the queuing time + the time used for designing in cooperation with the customer + the production time approx. 1-3 weeks + the delivery time of the postal package (see above the estimated delivery time for finished products).

Returns

Ready-made products have a 30-day right of return, starting from receiving the product, given that they are unused and unharmed. 

 

Custom items tailored to the customer's needs do not, in principle, have the right of return. However, if you want to return a custom made item, the possibility of return can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. A return is usually possible, unless the product's special features (e.g. the product's exceptional dimensions, personalized text, etc.) do not prevent the item from being sold as a finished product. ​

 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
