This is how ordering a Personalized Atelier Veini Custom-Made Quilt works:
 
Contact Atelier Veini, and tell us on a general level what you have on your mind.
We will discuss the project on a more detailed level either on a video meeting or via e-mail, according to your choice.
You will receive a quote.
If you approve the quote, the design process will begin. At this point, you will be charged a €50 pre-payment that will be deducted from the final price of the finished product.
You will be included in the design process. In the beginning, we will map your taste and wishes, and if possible we will be happy to receive some photographs of the space where the item will be placed. You have a chance to give comments on the design, and the design will be adjusted according the feedback. We will only start making the quilt when you have approved the final version of the design. If you choose not to move forward at this point, it is still possible, but the €50 pre-payment will not be refunded.
When you have approved the design, you will be charged 50 % of the total price of the finished item. Atelier Veini starts making the quilt.
You will receive photographs of the finished item, and you will be charged the other 50 % of the total price minus the pre-payment 50 € that you have already paid before the design process began.
When we have received the payment, the item will be shipped to you!
